In January 2021, our company was established while the infection of the new coronavirus was spreading.
We have been forced to adopt a completely different style of life, and we are now required to make major changes not only in our lifestyles but also in our businesses.
Crossing prefectural borders is becoming more difficult, and BtoC services that companies provide value to are not being used.
Therefore, the demand for problem-solving in the local community has become more important than ever.

In addition, there is an increasing demand for remote support from overseas to solve problems that cannot be solved domestically.
We are facing a time when the way of thinking about the area is greatly different from before.
It was required to cover areas that companies cannot reach with CtoC within the region.
However, the C2C that should actually help was only on the service operated by the company setting the rules and fees.

We provide a mutual help system that can be designed uniquely for each region and operated by themselves, centering on the local community.
By contributing to the role of “delivering value” by helping people, we support those who seriously want to improve the region.

Through this mutual help service, we aim to play a role that will lead to cooperation with remote and future IoT devices for the future by “being able to raise a hand when in trouble”.
